On My Shelf: Silver by: Talia Vance

On My Shelf is a feature I started here on the blog and I'm sure there are a ton of similar ones out there, but basically I just wanted to start spotlighting some of the MANY backlist titles I have accumulated on my shelf and kindle. The idea is to spotlight an older book I have on my massive TBR. I also thought it would be a fun way to discuss these books with my fellow bloggers, get some of your thoughts and figure out which ones I need to read ASAP and which ones can wait a bit more. And if you want to join in too, I would love to see what is on your shelf! Just leave me a link in the comments.

This one has been sitting on my kindle for a really long time. I was drawn in by the pretty cover and the description sounded super intriguing. As per usual, the book then proceeded to sit unloved on my kindle until I forgot about it. As I was scrolling through recently I saw it and fell in love with the cover all over again. So now I need my bloggy peeples help.

So tell me. Have you read it? Did you love it? Hate it? Was it meh?

  1. I read this one and I LOVED it! It's still a favorite of mine! Sadly though, I didn't love Gold, mostly because of the ending. I had talked to the author after I read Gold and she said that she would have loved to have been given the chance to write a third novel in the series, to close off the story. But the publisher didn't sign for another book, so the ending of Gold was what it was. :/ I did adore Silver though!

Have a great weekend, Teresa. =)

  2. Pretty cover! I'm no help; I had not even heard of this book until now. I hope you will get the chance to read it soon and that you will adore it! :)

I love getting comments and appreciate every single one of them! It always brightens my day =]

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
