Mini Review: The DILF (Temperance Falls: Experience Counts #2) by: London Hale

Release Date: May 16, 2017
Goodreads | Amazon
"She’s the definition of trouble
For as long as I’ve known him, Brandon has always been the workaholic single dad to my best friend. But one night, one evening alone with him, makes me ache for something I never knew I wanted. Makes me aware that he’s so much more than what I thought. He isn’t just a dad—he’s a DILF. One I desperately want warming my sheets.

He can’t stop fantasizing about her
I never should have looked at Genesis the way I do, never should have seen her as more than just my daughter’s best friend. I’m too old for her, too wrong. Dating the fiery redhead with the killer curves could end my career and destroy my relationship with my daughter, but I can’t resist her siren call. One night, and I’m a man obsessed. One night, and I’ll do everything in my power to keep her."

My Thoughts:

I officially dub London Hale the Queens of smut. My gosh this was another steamy read from them and I devoured it. I didn’t love this one quite as much as I did the first but it was still sexy af yet sweet too. These taboo relationships make the books all the more fun but what’s important is they never cross a line. There is a fine line to walk when writing a book with this kind of relationship and the authors straddle it perfectly. Brandon was so hot and had such a way with words and Genesis was a ton of fun. Together these two were explosive. If you’re looking for a quick and dirty read definitely pick up this series.

  1. I'm loving Temperance Falls! The third book is definitely my favorite so far. I can't wait for the naughty pastor. That's gonna be gooooooood!

  2. YES, it's important to be sexy and taboo but know how to do it without crossing a line. I may just have to add this to my smut TBR. Awesome mini-review, Wifeycakes xo

I love getting comments and appreciate every single one of them! It always brightens my day =]

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
