On My Shelf: Bully by: Penelope Douglas

On My Shelf is a feature I started here on the blog and I'm sure there are a ton of similar ones out there, but basically I just wanted to start spotlighting some of the MANY backlist titles I have accumulated on my shelf and kindle. The idea is to spotlight an older book I have on my massive TBR. I also thought it would be a fun way to discuss these books with my fellow bloggers, get some of your thoughts and figure out which ones I need to read ASAP and which ones can wait a bit more. And if you want to join in too, I would love to see what is on your shelf! Just leave me a link in the comments.

I have had this book for a while now and I'm  not going to lie, I have shied away from it because of the bullying. But everyone raves about it and loves it and I am really intrigued by it. Like, can an author sell me on this kind of romance? I don't know, but part of me wants to know that answer.

So tell me. Have you read it? Did you love it? Hate it? Was it meh?

  1. Ahhhh, bullying in books usually does the same to me - I avoid those types. But if the author can turn the story around really well, then that's good! If you read this one, I hope you enjoy it, Teresa. =)

    Have a great weekend!

  2. This is on my shelf, too! I'm terrified to read it because of the bullying; but based on what I've heard, I know it's going to be an amazing read. It's the best books that make us hurt so much :'( *hugs*

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
