On My Shelf is a feature I started here on the blog and I'm sure there are a ton of similar ones out there, but basically I just wanted to start spotlighting some of the MANY backlist titles I have accumulated on my shelf and kindle. The idea is to spotlight an older book I have on my massive TBR. I also thought it would be a fun way to discuss these books with my fellow bloggers, get some of your thoughts and figure out which ones I need to read ASAP and which ones can wait a bit more. And if you want to join in too, I would love to see what is on your shelf! Just leave me a link in the comments.
Not gonna lie, the cover is 100% the reason I needed this book and then of course it sat on my shelf just waiting for me. I am still actually really looking forward to this one, it just seems to be one of those that always gets pushed to the side. Plus its another series and I kinda wanna finish off a few before I start more haha. But yeah, I'm still looking forward to this one.
So tell me. Have you read it? Did you love it? Hate it? Was it meh?
I haven't read this one either Teresa but I've heard great things about it^^ I'm already looking forward to reading your thoughts on it. Thanks for reminding me about this one :) Happy Friday! xx
ReplyDeleteThe cover was the reason I was drawn to it first as well! I have it sitting on my shelf, just waiting for me to one day pick up! Maybe soon, hopefully :)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful day
I can see why you were drawn to that cover -- it's awesome! Neither one of us has heard anything about this one, but we want you to read it so you can tell us about it. Lol. *hugs* <3

Gotta agree with you on that cover!
ReplyDeleteHey Teresa, I can see why the cover drew you in, it is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI decided to join you in your On My Shelf feature: https://readingamongthestars.wordpress.com/2016/04/02/on-my-shelf-crossed-ally-condie/
I totally get that you want to finish current series before starting new ones. I'm in the same boat. Lately, I've been trying to restrict myself to stand-a-alone novels but that doesn't always work out.
