On My Shelf is a new feature I am starting here on the blog and I'm sure there are a ton of similar ones out there, but basically I just wanted to start spotlighting some of the MANY backlist titles I have accumulated on my shelf and kindle. The idea is to spotlight an older book I have on my massive TBR. I also thought it would be a fun way to discuss these books with my fellow bloggers, get some of your thoughts and figure out which ones I need to read ASAP and which ones can wait a bit more.

So this is one I have sitting on my kindle. I bought this one right when it released, I may have even pre-ordered it, but I have yet to get to it. I remember really enjoying A Little Too Far and really looking forward to this one, but I'm sure life and other books just wound up getting in the way and it just kept getting pushed back. I remember loving Alessandro (even though I was 100% Team Trent) so I would like to see him get an HEA.
So tell me. Have you read it? Did you love it? Hate it? Was it meh?
I want to do this feature too! Love it! I have SO many older books. I'll never run out of them to feature! haha. I read this one! I didn't love it quite as much as the first, but I still enjoyed it! It was nice seeing Alessandro find his HEA.
ReplyDeleteI have this one sitting on my shelf as well, Teresa, right alongside the first one. Ugh! I couldn't wait to read these and yet they're still waiting around. A Little Too Far is even signed! Some day...hopefully sooner than later. ;)
ReplyDeleteI haven't read it, but I do have the first book. Which I still need to read. And I love this feature as well! I'm going to have to join in as well! :D
ReplyDeleteI love this idea for a feature! You could make this a weekly meme and I'm sure you'd have a whole bunch of people (including me!) who would join in! I actually really liked this book. I didn't love it as much as A Little Too Far, but Alessandro was wonderful and I loved seeing him find something real!
ReplyDeleteAnyone who wants to join in is welcome! I would love to see what else everyone has on their shelf.
DeleteGreat idea. I read book 3 in this series and loved it. I never got to the rest of it. There are just so many books and so little reading time.
ReplyDeleteI liked this one -- not as much as the first book but it has its moments! Definitely worth reading!! ♥
ReplyDeleteI won't be too much help on this one as I haven't read it but I have heard great things about this author. I am digging the cover a lot. This is a great idea!!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read this one! It looks intriguing though!
ReplyDeleteThis is an amazing feature! Love it! I am in the same boat with you! I really enjoyed the first book in this series (although I had some issues with the ending). I immediately bought this one... and that was as far as I got. Lol. Love this post! xo
