Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke And The Bookish.

I adore well done world building and these are some of my personal favorites.

  1. I have only read two off of your list. I would so be on the waiting list to get into your class.

  2. OOoh nice topic!! And I've read nearly all of these too! Except for Graceling. Also I never really could get into ToG, but pretty much loved the other 8!

  5. Harry Potter is definitely a must if you're going to talk about world-building. :)

  6. Half of these are on my TBR! I have almost finished ACOTAR and totally agree on the world building front, it is awesome. Love the world building in Throne of Glass too and Harry Potter.

  7. I'm also teaching World Building! J.K. Rowling, Leigh Bardugo, and Veronica Rossi are musts on this list. I'm binge reading TOG this week (first time reading) so hopefully I'll love it.

  8. I like these kinds of questions. I've only read HP but all the others you've listed are on my tbr. It's nice to know I'm going to get good world building when I finally get around to reading them, Teresa. :)

  9. Harry Potter all the all! Such a good list! I agree with you with all of these (well, with the ones I have read). The world in them are all amazing and so unique.

  10. I've heard great things about Greta and the Goblin King, I should really read it!

And yes, a World Building class would be fabulous! That's the difference between a 4-star and a 5-star rating for me!

  12. All very great choices! Some of them I will definitely have to check out. If you haven't already The Seven Realms books by Cinda Williams Chima also has amazing world building if you're interested.

I love getting comments and appreciate every single one of them! It always brightens my day =]

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
