Once again I have gotten some fun books! I grabbed a freebie in the bind up of the first three Keatyn Chronicles books. I know a ton of people loved these, so I figured I would grab it while I could. I also got Once Upon A Masquerade through the Entangled Newsletter. They always have awesome freebies for their subscribers and I love it. Then I grabbed Cinder & Ella while it was on sale. It just sounded really cute. Then this year I'm not doing any official reading challenges, but I am doing one for myself just for fun. So I was going through the topics and most of the topics will actually help me to clear out my TBR. But there were two topics that I needed to get books for, so I figured I would do it now so that when I am ready to read them I can dive right into them. So I grabbed The Mummy for my book published the year I was born read and I grabbed A Week To Be Wicked for my read by an author with my initials. Both sound great and I am really excited for them. I also got The 27 Club for review (thank you Berkley). I have always enjoyed Kim Karr, so I am super excited for a book outside the Connections series. Then my preorder of Ensnared arrived and my gosh that book is pretty. I am seriously excited about that book. And while on the pretty cover topic, I also got Gates of Thread and Stone (thanks Wifey!) and holy moly that book is gorgeous and inside the book jacket is stunning too. I cannot wait to dive into that book!

I'm not sure if I bought it or got it during my Kindle Unlimited trial... I'll have to look. It sounds SO good! Cinder & Ella looks cute too. :D Happy reading girl!

I've been meaning to get Cinder & Ella! It really does sound like it would be a cute read! The 27 Club looks like it would be a very good read as well!
ReplyDeleteAh! Looks like you got some good books!
:D
Keaten Chronicles looks like it will be a good one. Hope you enjoy and have a great week.
ReplyDeleteYou did pick up some great looking reads, Teresa! Ensnared is sooooo gorgeous! I seriously love the covers for the series. Hey, how did you go about finding an author with the same initials as you? That sounds like something fun to do. And a book published the year I was born?!? That's a loooong time ago. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe initials one for me was actually pretty easy since I knew of Tessa Dare already but I had a really hard time helping my sister find one... took us forever to think of an ND author lol
DeleteI've been really wanting to read Gates of Thread and Stone! And I can't wait for my copy of Ensnared to get here! In fact, it could be in the mailbox right now! I hope so!
