Top Ten Tuesday: Books I'd Love To Read If I Had A YA Book Club

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke And The Bookish.

I have always wanted to be a part of a book club, but I have never found one around me that works with my time... plus most of my friends (outside blogging) aren't readers. If I could though I would love to do a YA book club and recommend great YA books to teens. I really think teens would enjoy reading more if they read the right books and not just the ones they assign in school. So hence my list today.

  6. I tried to read Venom a while back and didn't like it. All the rest looks good! Joining a book club is somethin I'd like to do too but I am too lazy to see if there's a good one in my area.

  8. Great choices!!! I loved Pushing the Limits so so much. Throne of Glass and Half-Blood are perfection as well. Soul Screamers and Splinter are still on my tbr own shelf so a book club would be the perfect place to finally get those done. Thank you for sharing.

  9. Yes!! There are so many books that I LOVE and then I have no one to really talk to them about. I mean, you blogger-types are pretty nice to chat with... ;) But sometimes it would be nice to have a for real book club to have a conversation with! And I'd read any of these with that club!

    Here are my Top Ten!

  10. How funny is it that you put the books down that I THOUGHT about, but didn't end up including? We share a brain. I so almost put Splintered, the Soul Screamers series, and ToG! Covenant would be a great choice, as is PTL. I could have used someone to sob to with that one. LOL. Great list chica!

  11. I'm like you. Outside of my blogging friends, I don't know too many people who enjoy reading as much as I do. So, club for me either. You selected a great choice of books though.

I love getting comments and appreciate every single one of them! It always brightens my day =]

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
