Jumble Your Genres Reading Challenge 2014: May: Dystopian

So this year Readers Live A Thousand Lives, Corrie The Book Crazed Girl, and Lovin' Los Libros have teamed up to host the Jumble Your Genres Reading Challenge! For this challenge, the goal is to mix up the genres/categories we read. We have all had those times when we have gotten stuck in the genre/category we are currently reading and read nothing else for a while. The goal here is to mix that up! Each month we will feature a different genre/category and the goal is to read and review one book or more in that genre/category during that month. This month we are focusing on Dystopian. If you want to find out more and join in, go sign up here.

I am pretty picky when it comes to the dystopian genre. But when I love one I really love one! Here are some of my favorites:

For the challenge this month I plan to read Phoenix by Elizabeth Richards. I really liked the first book in this series, and I figure this is the perfect excuse to get caught up!

  2. Dystopian books tend to be hit or miss for me. I loved some of the Hunger Games but not the last one. I have to be in the right mood to read them. And they have to be done well. Under the Never Sky is a series I have loved. I need to read book three still.

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
