Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke And The Bookish.

I love this topic! This list can be a mix of books that got you into reading, or an author that got you into reading a certain genre, and stuff like that.

1. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone- I am sure this book will be on A LOT of lists this week, but that is because it is HARRY FREAKIN POTTER. This is the book that began my real obsession with reading and for that alone I will forever love it.

2. Slammed by: Colleen Hoover- I instantly fell in love with this book and it is the book that made me want more New Adult (even though NA wasn't really a thing back when I first read Slammed.)

3. Something Strange and Deadly by: Susan Dennard- This is the book that began my zombie obsession. After this one I began watching The Walking Dead and looking for all books zombie related.

4. Obsidian by: Jennifer L. Armentrout- We all know JLA is my favorite author, but this is the book that started it all. After this book I dived right into Half Blood and Pure and them proceeded to devour any book she released that I could get my hands on.

5. Twilight by: Stephenie Meyer- This was the book that really got me into the paranomral genre. Before that I read a lot of sci fi and fantasy, but then this changed that.

6. The Hunger Games by: Suzanne Collins- This one opened my eyes to the dystopian genre and the awesomeness of a kickass heroine.

7. City of Bones by: Cassandra Clare- This book is what made me fall in love with angel/nephilim books and start looking for more. It also opened my eyes to what it is like to really love a book boyfriend.

8. A Time For Dancing by: Davida Wills Hurwin- I read this one when I was pretty young and it just opened my eyes to how a book can both tear your heart out but still make you smile. It helped solidify my love of reading.

And that is all I got this week, what made your list?
