Teaser Tuesday #41: Crush by: Nicole Williams

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

Grab your current read
Open to a random page
Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

"I threw the door open and burst inside. The room went silent following my dramatic entrance. I didn't notice anyone else; I couldn't have even told you who was there and where they were standing. All I saw was him. And all he saw was me. I barely had time to drop my bags before he made it across the room. His arms wound around me and he pulled me hard against him. I was home."

Totally broke the two sentence rule thing, but I couldn't help myself. I loved this part of the book.

Share the link to your TT in the comments, or if you don't have a blog just share your teaser there too and join in the fun!

  1. I loved this scene too! Come check out my TT. Seems like we had similar thoughts this week.
And that two sentence rule thingy... yeah about that... I break it every week. :)

  3. I'm glad you broke the rule, Teresa - it wouldn't have made as much of an impact with fewer words. And what an impact! Yet another series that I really need to get started on! :)

    1. This is a good continuation to the series! And there is a lot less drama and angst in this one. It wraps the story up nicely!

I love getting comments and appreciate every single one of them! It always brightens my day =]

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
