Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke And The Bookish

1. Goodreads- I love Goodreads! It helps me keep everything organized and remember when I actually read a book. The shelves also make my life a lot easier. I also love it because I find great books.

2. My Calendar- I do not know what I would do if I didn't have my calendar. If I didn't have it, I would probably forget half the posts I need to do.

3. Publish On Option- This is a lifesaver! I always schedule my posts ahead of time and it makes my life so much easier. With my job, there is no way I can physically post each day, so I just schedule everything up.

4. Post It Notes- I use post its for everything. I always have at least five sitting on my desk at any one time with reminders for myself.

5. iPad- I love my iPad. It is so much easier to read my eBooks on it. I am a huge fan of the kindle app!

6. iPad Keyboard- Fun fact, I need to write my reviews immediately after I finish a book, otherwise I forget the most important things or I just don't have the same enthusiasm. So, I usually don't want to pull my laptop out so I just use my iPad and the lovely bluetooth keyboard I have makes my life so much easier.

7. Quote Journal- I always record my favorite quotes in a journal, so when I need a quote for a post or what not I always have a place to start looking.

8. Excel- I use excel to keep track of all the books I have and have not read. Also it has any books for review and ARCs and what not, so I can keep track of what needs to be read and when. And yes I totally acknowledge this is the accountant in me.

9. Other Bloggers- You guys know who you are. But seriously, my blogging buddies make blogging so much easier and much more fun. I always have someplace to go when I need a sounding board or when I need to rant.

What made your list?

  1. Goodreads is a true life-saver when it comes to blogging. I can organize mostly everything there and find everything I need. And I agree this community is great :) Great picks Teresa :)

  2. I love Goodreads and pre-scheduling posts made it on my list too. I don't have an iPad but I believe it's convenient. I'm an "old school" girl without a tablet, haha :)

    My Top Ten Tuesday.

  3. Wow. You are SUPER organized o.O I totally agree about Goodreads and I also schedule in advance sometimes, but I'm far from having Excel sheets, quote journals etc. Kudos to you!

  4. What a great list, Teresa! I like to type my review on my Fire instead of my laptop since I usually finish so late. And wow, you are so organized! Thanks for sharing!

  5. I completely agree with all of your list!!! Funny thing, I also have a page with all the books I need to read, which ones I received from the author. If I didn't do that I'd go crazy and never be able to keep up. And my life is my laptop and my kindle! And bloggers are a must! I love my blogger buddies! lol ;p Thanks so much for sharing, lovely! :D

  6. Wifey dearest, you are WAY more organized than I -- no wonder you are so awesome at keeping me in the loop! I don't know what I'd do without Goodreads! Awesome list! <3

  7. Yes on this list, Teresa!! You are amazing and very organized :) Love it! I might need to start using Excel... ha ha Great list!

    *Muggle huggles*

  8. *flails* I use my IPad for the Kindle app too!!!!! Look at us go! And yes, without GR I would be lost! And the scheduling posts is so helpful too! I can't believe I just started doing that. SMH. I would DIE without my calendar sitting here next to me. And yes to other bloggers! :D Great list Teresa!

I love getting comments and appreciate every single one of them! It always brightens my day =]

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
