Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke And The Bookish

So there are a lot of books I want to read this summer and that makes this tough. I probably won't even end up reading a lot of the books listed here because I am easily distracted. But anyhoo, here are the Summer books I hope to read!

1. The Fault In Our Stars by: John Green- I know, I know... how in the heck have I not read this one yet! Well I just have not felt emotionally ready, but I think I am finally working up to it and hopefully I will be brave enough soon!

2. Sweet Peril by: Wendy Higgins- I actually kind of hate myself for not reading this one yet. I don't know what is wrong with me. Must fix this.

3. Losing It by: Cora Carmack- I also kind of hate myself for not reading this yet. What is wrong with me?

4. Phoenix by: Elizabeth Richards- I just want to know what happens next! The ending to Black City definitely left me wanting more.

5. Siege & Storm by: Leigh Bardugo- I adored the first book and I have been hearing nothing but amazing things about this one so naturally I am super excited to read it!

6. Beautiful Darkness by: Margaret Stohl and Kami Garcia- July is the witches month of my paranormal challenge, so I plan to tackle this one then.

7. Of Poseidon by: Anna Banks- Everyone loves this one and I actually don't think I have read a mermaid book before. Since August is the mermaid month for my paranormal challenge, I figure that is a good time to read this one.

8. Down London Road by: Samantha Young- This is another one where I have no clue why I have not read it yet. I loved On Dublin Street, one of my all time favorites.

9. Crush by Nicole Williams- I think I may finally be ready to say goodbye to Jude and Lucy. I had been avoiding this one because I wasn't ready but I think it is finally time.

10. What Really Happened In Peru by: Cassandra Clare and Sarah Rees Brennan- I just need to know the what happened in Peru. Plus I love Magnus.

So yeah, I have lots of books I need to make time for and I never seem to stop getting books *sigh* I have accepted that I will never catch up.

What made your list? Leave a link.

  1. Of Poseidon is so much fun and perfect for summer! And oh, The Fault in Our Stars. Be prepared with lots of tissue. I wasn't a huge fan of Siege & Storm, so I'm interested to see what you think!

This is an award free blog. I truly appreciate the thought but I simply do not have the time. Comments are an award all on their own =]
