Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke And The Bookish

So compared to last weeks topic (light & fun) this week is pretty easy for me. I read lots of darker books with tough subjects and they usually turn out to be some of my favorites. The hard part with this list was narrowing it down!

1. Flawed by: Kate Avelynn- YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK! It is amazing. It hurt so much and it wasn't an easy read, but it was 100% worth it.

2. Hopeless by: Colleen Hoover- This poor girl has had so much tragedy in her past. It hurt to read at points, but I adored this book.

3. Ten Tiny Breaths by: K.A. Tucker- This was another fantastic read that will kill you on the inside. I loved this story even when it hurt.

4. Runing Me by: Nicole Reed- This book will rip you to shreads and you won't even see it coming. This one took me by surprise.

5. Pushing The Limits by: Katie McGarry- Both of these characters are broken and I loved watching them find each other and become whole again. Again, a hard read at moments but great.

6. On Dublin Street by: Samantha Young- I LOVE THIS BOOK! Jocelyn has a rough past and she is still working to recover from it. This one had me crying three pages in.

7. Easy by: Tammara Webber- This one opens to a scene that is difficult to read. This is the book that got me hooked on NA.

8. Lost & Found by: Nicole Williams- Rowen has a rough past not just from an event but from years where her mother simply didn't show her any love. It hurt to see how neglected she was, but again the story is fantastic.

9. Wait For You by: J. Lynn- I love this book and not just for Cam. I loved that it showed a truly broken girl who has tried to move on and make her life her own.

10. Until I Break by: M. Leighton- I have been going on about this one a lot lately, but its because I loved it. Both characters had a rough past and it is hard to read about them at times, but again worth it.

What made your list? Link me.

  1. I recently read Easy. Definitely one that hooks you instantly and keeps you reading to the wee hours of the morning. I wish there was a book 2.
