"Genre: Adult Contemporary Romance- Please be advised that this book is NOT YA friendly, not even in a New Adult category!

The scorching tale of one girl, two brothers and a love triangle…that’s not.

Olivia Townsend is nothing special. She’s just a girl working her way through college so she can return home to help her father run his business. She’s determined not to be the second woman in his life to abandon him, even if it means putting her own life on hold. To Olivia, it’s clear what she must do. Plain and simple. Black and white.

But clear becomes complicated when she meets Cash and Nash Davenport. They’re brothers. Twins.

Cash is everything she’s always wanted in a guy. He’s a dangerous, sexy bad boy who wants her in his bed at any cost. He turns her insides to mush and, with just one kiss, makes her forget why he’s no good for her.

Nash is everything she’s ever needed in a guy. He’s successful, responsible and intensely passionate. But he’s taken. Very taken, by none other than Marissa, Liv’s rich, beautiful cousin. That doesn’t stop Olivia from melting every time he looks at her, though. With just one touch, he makes her forget why they can never be together.

Black and white turns to shades of gray when Olivia discovers the boys are hiding something, something that should make her run as far and as fast as she can. But it’s too late to run. Olivia’s already involved. And in love. With both of them.

Both brothers make her heart tremble. Both brothers set her body on fire.

She wants them both.

And they want her.

How will she ever choose between them?"

My Thoughts:

M. Leighton and her books are going to be the death of me, I swear. Her characters are just to die for, hence the previous statement. Down To You is an incredibly sexy and captivating read. It will keep you guessing from the very first page and I dare you to try and put this book down.

I thought I was in love with Trick from The Wild Ones but then M. Leighton introduced me to Cash Davenport and oh dear I just don’t know how to handle him. I still love Trick, but there is just something that verges on dangerous about Cash and well that makes him incredibly attractive. Cash is everything a bad boy should be, but there is a sweet and vulnerable side to him as well. I was drawn to him from the moment he was introduced. Let me say this, Miss Leighton knows just how to introduce characters; she introduces Cash perfectly! Then we have Cash’s twin, Nash. Nash is everything Cash is not. He is the good guy. He is driven, successful, and respectable. However, Nash is very much taken, by Olivia’s cousin no less. It is easy to understand why Olivia had such difficulty choosing between these two guys. Both are incredibly sexy and make her weak in the knees; Nash is everything she needs in a guy while Cash is everything she wants. If you cannot tell already, I am a Cash fan. Also note, this is not your normal love triangle. So those of you who do not read love triangles, please give this one a shot. I am picky when it comes to love triangles and this one is done perfectly.

Moving on to Olivia, I loved getting inside her head. It was easy to sympathize why she was so torn between these two men. It is also very easy reading from her perspective. She is spunky and smart, something I always love in a character. She is also realistic. Olivia is torn by her emotions by both Davenport brothers and it kind of eats at her. She is confused and knows what she wants but also knows what she should want.

Let me warn you, Down To You is hot. Not just normal hot, but go get yourself a bucket of ice hot. Then after you have used that bucket, go get some ice-cream or ice-pops or anything that is cold, because you will need it while reading this book. There are some very steamy moments, and that is putting it lightly. M. Leighton wrote some incredibly sexy scenes without it being tacky; they were tasteful but still sexy and alluring. Simply put, I loved each and every single one of them. However, I did take a particular liking to the one including the four wheeler…. Just wait.

I could go on and on about this book, but not without including spoilers and I do not want to do that, so I am going to stop here. I will leave it at this: Down To You is a book that you need to read. It is fun and sexy and the perfect one sitting kind of book. It will make you laugh and cry and shock you with its secrets. I had numerous theories while reading, but it was impossible to fully figure out what was going on. Then when you learn the truth, well you are going to have to pick your jaw up off the floor.

So yeah… I love this book…. Please do yourself a favor and read it.

Excerpt from Down To You:

“Stop doing that.  Don’t act like there’s nothing going on.”

“I’m not acting. Taryn and I have a history, but that was before she started working for me. I have few rules, but one is that I don’t get social with my employees.  And now she works for me.  That’s it.  Nothing more.”

“But you kissed her. I saw you.”

“No, you saw her kiss me.  You saw me not cause a scene in the middle of the club.”

“Well, you didn’t look like you hated it.”

“But I did.  The whole time, all I could think about was kissing you instead.”  He starts to bend his head toward mine.

Blood is roaring in my ears.  “But you don’t get social with your employees,” I remind him quietly.

“I’d make an exception for you.”  His face is getting close and closer.  Slowly.  A centimeter at a time.

“But it’s your rule.”

“I’ll break it for you,” he whispers.

“No, don’t do that,” I say breathlessly.

“Fine, then you’re fired,” he says just as his lips meet mine.

They are warm and the pressure is light.  At first.  As much as I want to resist, my resolve goes out the window when I feel his tongue run along the crease of my lips.  Without thinking, I part them.

And that’s all it takes.

The taste of Cash is like a perfectly aged Scotch—rich and delicious. His tongue slides along mine, stroking it, teasing it, as he uses his grip on my hand to pull me tighter to him.  I do the only thing I can.  I melt into him.
